I led the end-to-end design of GRID, an enterprise intelligence platform enabling admins and account POCs to live-track travelers and assets globally, ensuring real-time insights and control during critical operations. The platform includes features such as Emergency Workflow Management, Live Tracking, World Events Analysis, Alert Management, Travel Data Analytics, Mass Communication, and a multi-layered Control Center map view.

The project presented several UX challenges:

I leveraged AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate delivery:
