Genexium is an AI-powered workout planning application designed for athletes seeking deeply personalized, adaptive training programs driven by genetic and physiological data.

The platform utilizes SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) data, alongside user inputs such as fitness level, current routine, available equipment, and goals. All data is processed by GeneX, an AI fitness assistant that translates complex genetic and lifestyle information into a structured workout plan designed to achieve results within a defined timeframe.

Genexium integrates with Apple HealthKit to continuously ingest daily vitals and activity metrics. GeneX evaluates this real-time data to dynamically adjust upcoming workouts - ensuring training intensity, recovery, and readiness remain balanced as the user progresses.

Users can view their workout plans, mark sessions as completed or skipped, and manage adherence over time. A daily mood-based adjustment system (Energized, Fatigued, In Pain) allows athletes to modify training intensity without derailing long-term goals, while future workouts are recalibrated automatically.

A dedicated chat-based interface enables users to interact with GeneX anytime for workout guidance, performance insights, or fitness-related questions.

AI-assisted scenario modeling helped simulate real-world conditions (health data changes, mood selection, skipped workouts), enabling the design of flexible workout states that clearly communicate adjustments and intent.
